Pune Artistry Works makes available information and materials on its website www.puneartistryworks.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.puneartistryworks.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Pune Artistry Works reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of the website is referred to as “Pune Artistry Works”, "www.puneartistryworks.com", "we" or "us".

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders usually get shipped within 3-4 working days (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days.
  • You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
  • In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of the delivery address, you may be contacted on your email id or phone number provided by you.
  • We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Pune Artistry Works is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Pune Artistry Works. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
  • In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Pune Artistry Works, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a full refund.

Return / Refund / Replacement

If you have received a damaged product:

  • Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at contact@puneartistryworks.com with images of the damaged product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
  • The complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Cancellation

  • We do not accept any cancellation requests.
  • Workshop cancellation dates are mentioned under each workshop date on the workshop page. There are no exceptions to the mentioned dates. 

Refund for the cancelled order:

  • If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7-12 working days.
  • Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.

  • Our business hours are 10am to 6pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. Please write to us at contact@puneartistryworks.com for any queries and we will respond as soon as possible.

Customer Service Policy

  • Pune Artistry Works is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case may be.

Care Instructions

  • If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Measurements/dimensions of products

  • Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. The dimensions of each product are frame dimensions. Artwork sizes vary. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly be different.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • The trademark “Pune Artistry Works” is a proprietary trademark of Pune Artistry Works.
  • The website (puneartistryworks.com) and all content including text, illustrations, and images are created and owned by Pune Artistry Works.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the courts of Pune Jurisdiction only. Pune is located in the State of Maharashtra, India.

Unless otherwise noted, all design and content featured on puneartistryworks.com - including navigational buttons and images, artwork, graphics, photography, text, and the like are copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual property that are owned, controlled, or licensed by Pune Artistry Works. Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors

  • At Pune Artistry Works, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Pune Artistry Works” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.
  • All of our products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
